Expect Control

You have the right to be in control of epilepsy. The newer epilepsy medications can offer many people seizure freedom and are generally well tolerated. Not everyone will achieve 100% control, but it is important for a person with epilepsy to set goals and expect the best in epilepsy treatment. Ask your neurologists or epileptologist if these newer epilepsy medications are right for you.
